A wood-fired American bistro in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Seasonal food from Hudson Valley farms since 2019.

The fire is the center of our kitchen. Vegetables char at the edge of the coals, meat and fish roast in the heat, bread comes out blistered.

What we cook depends on what the Hudson Valley farms we buy from have that week. The menu moves with the seasons.
