Hairdresser styling a client's hair in a bright salon

Hair salon in London

A haircut that grows out well

Cuts, colour, balayage and blow-dries. Every appointment starts with a few minutes at the mirror, before anything is cut or mixed.

Before every appointment

Five minutes at the mirror, then the scissors

We look at your hair dry and as you wear it every day. How it falls, where it grows, how much time you spend on it in the morning. Then we suggest a cut or a colour and say what it needs to stay that way.

  • How your hair grows and where it wants to sit
  • What your morning routine really looks like
  • How often you want to come back
  • What a colour will need between visits

How an appointment runs

The same order every time, whether you come in for a trim or a full balayage.

  1. 01

    Consultation at the mirror

We look at your hair dry, as you wear it. You tell us what bothers you and what you like, we say honestly what will work.

  2. 02

    Wash and prepare

Shampoo and conditioner chosen for your hair, and a few quiet minutes at the basin.

  3. 03

    Cut

Shape and length planned for how your hair grows out over the next weeks, not only for today.

  4. 04

    Colour, if you booked it

Mixed for your base colour and skin tone, timed and checked as it develops.

  5. 05

    Finish

Blow-dry or style the way you can repeat at home. We show you the brush and the products we used.

  6. 06

    Next time

We tell you when a trim or a colour refresh makes sense, so you can book it before you leave.

Choose what you are coming in for

Five kinds of appointment. The times are what we book for each, so you know how long to plan for.

Cuts

A cut is planned for how your hair grows, falls and dries, not only for how it looks when you leave. We cut wet or dry depending on your texture.

Can I move or cancel my appointment
Yes, with the link in your confirmation email. [Cancellation notice period]
Do I need a skin test before colour
Colour manufacturers recommend a skin allergy test at least 48 hours before every colour service. [How to arrange your skin test with us]
How long does balayage take
It depends on the length and thickness of your hair. The booking time is a guide; we confirm it at the consultation.
What should I bring
