What Ilonggo means
Ilonggo are the people of Iloilo and the Western Visayas, in the middle of the Philippines. Their food is gentle and generous: grilled meat brushed with annatto oil, soups that simmer for hours, rice at every meal.
That is what we cook here. Plates that taste like a Sunday at a relative's house, served in a clean, calm dining room. Many of our guests are trying Filipino food for the first time. Ask us what to order and we will gladly walk you through the menu.
