- Can we accept donations through the site?
- Yes, through your own Stripe account: a donate button for a set amount, paid on Stripe's secure payment page. The money goes straight to your Stripe account. A button can also link to your donation page.
- Is it free for nonprofits?
- No. frascati is a paid product; every plan starts with a free 3-day trial with 20 credits. A card is required, and nothing is charged if you cancel before the trial ends. Starter costs $12 a month.
- Can volunteers sign up through the site?
- Yes. A form saves each sign-up with the project and emails it to you. Starter includes 50 form messages a month, Pro 200 and Business unlimited.
- Can we show our impact with figures?
- Yes, with your real figures. frascati writes them into the page and never invents numbers; where it has none, it leaves a [placeholder].
- Can several people update the site?
- There are no team accounts. One account makes the changes in the chat. To show a draft to your board, share a view-only link.
