1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Frascati, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
Frascati is an AI-powered application builder that allows users to create web applications through natural language prompts. The service includes AI code generation, a live preview editor, project management, and export capabilities.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Frascati to generate illegal, harmful, or malicious content. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the service. Automated access or scraping is prohibited without prior written consent.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of all code and content generated through your use of Frascati. Frascati retains ownership of the platform, branding, and underlying technology. You grant Frascati a limited license to display your projects within the platform.
6. AI-Generated Content
Code generated by AI models is provided as-is. While we strive for high quality, Frascati does not guarantee that generated code is free of errors, vulnerabilities, or intellectual property issues. You are responsible for reviewing and testing all generated code before deployment.
7. Payment & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time, with access continuing through the end of your billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
8. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (AI providers, hosting, etc.).
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you may export your projects within 30 days. After this period, data may be permanently deleted.
10. Limitation of Liability
Frascati is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
