Questions
- Can customers pay on the website?
- Yes, through your own Stripe account. You connect it once by pasting a Stripe key into a secure window in the editor, never into the chat. Customers pay on Stripe's secure payment page, and the money goes straight to your account.
- Is there a shopping cart or stock management?
- There is a cart, with a shipping address, a flat shipping price and discount codes from Stripe. There is no stock management, no product variants as a system and no customer accounts. For a big catalogue with stock and variants, an e-commerce platform such as Shopify fits better.
- How do I add a new product?
- Upload a photo and write the name, price and a short description in the chat. frascati adds it, and you publish again to put it online.
- Where do the orders go?
- Paid orders appear in the Cloud tab, in the table Orders. You get an email for each one, and the buyer gets a confirmation email. A webhook can also pass each order on to Zapier, Make or n8n, and from there to Google Sheets.
- Is there a shop template?
- Yes. The online shop template is one of 12 built-in templates, with a cart and checkout through your own Stripe account. Change it in the chat to fit your products.
