Payments with Stripe
Take payments on your website, into your own Stripe account
Sell vouchers, products, courses and memberships with buy buttons or a cart. Buyers pay on Stripe, and the money goes straight to your own Stripe account.

- Stripe Checkout, Stripe's secure payment page. frascati never sees card details.

- A restricted key from your Stripe account with Products, Prices and Checkout Sessions set to Write. It is stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and never goes to the browser, into the chat or to the AI.

- Vouchers, products, tickets, courses and deposits as single payments, and memberships billed every month or year. Up to 100 products per website, created in your Stripe account for you.
- Cart
- Up to 20 different items in one payment, 1 to 50 of each, in one currency. A subscription is paid on its own.
- Shipping
- An address for the countries you ship to and one flat price per order. Vouchers and courses ask for no address.
- Discount codes
- Promotion codes you create in Stripe work on the payment page
- Languages
- The payment page and the buyer's confirmation email follow the language of your website: English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and Dutch
- Orders
- Each paid order becomes a row in the table Orders in the Cloud tab, and you get an email with the items, the amount and the address

How it works
- 01
Say what you sell
Write it in the chat with the price, for example: “Sell a gift voucher for CHF 50 with a buy button.” frascati adds the button, or a small shop with a cart for several products. It never invents a price: without one, the page shows [price] until you give it.

Connect Stripe once
In Stripe, create a restricted key and paste it into the secure window in the chat or the Cloud tab, never into the chat itself. frascati checks the key and creates your products in your Stripe account.

Buyers pay on Stripe
A buy button opens Stripe's payment page in the language of your site. After paying, the buyer sees a confirmation and gets an email in your website's name.

Orders land in the Cloud tab
Each paid order appears in the table Orders and in your inbox, also when the buyer closes the tab before coming back: frascati checks Stripe every 15 minutes. Refunds and payouts you handle in Stripe.
What it does not do
- frascati does not hold or pay out money. Payouts, refunds and disputes run in your Stripe account.
- It does not deliver what you sell. You get the order and send the voucher, the goods or the course access yourself.
- No stock levels, so a product does not sell out by itself. Take it off the site in the chat.
- No shipping prices by weight or zone, only one flat price per order.
- No VAT or sales tax calculation, and frascati writes no invoices. Buyers pay the prices you set.
- No customer accounts or member areas. A membership is a Stripe subscription, not a login on your site.
Questions
- Does frascati take a share of my sales?
- No. Payments go straight to your own Stripe account, and only Stripe's fees apply. frascati never sees card details.
- Can I sell subscriptions and memberships?
- Yes. A product can be billed every month or every year as a Stripe subscription. A subscription is paid on its own, not together with other items in a cart.
- Can I try it without real money?
- Yes. Connect a test key from Stripe and pay with Stripe's test cards. No real money moves, and test orders are marked in the table Orders. When you are ready, replace it with your live key, and the products are created in live mode too.
- Can I use PayPal or TWINT?
- Not in the checkout, which runs on Stripe. A payment link you already have, for example from PayPal, TWINT or SumUp, can be a button on your site that opens it.
- Where do I see my orders?
- In the Cloud tab, in the table Orders, with the items, the amount, the buyer's name and email and the shipping address. You also get an email for each order, and each one can go on to Zapier, Make or n8n.
