Questions
- Can clients book appointments through the site?
- Yes. frascati has built-in online booking: you set your hours, and clients book a free time. They get a confirmation email, a reminder the day before and a link to cancel. If you already use a booking tool, a button can link to it instead.
- Can I show before and after photos?
- Yes, with your own photos and your clients' permission. Upload them and ask for a section that shows them side by side.
- How do I update prices?
- Write the new prices in the chat. Every change is saved as a version. Publish again to put it online.
- Can clients buy gift vouchers on the site?
- Yes, with a buy button that takes payment through your own Stripe account. You get an email for each order and send the voucher yourself, since frascati does not deliver it automatically.
