How it works

Ask for a table, or make one
Ask in the chat, for example: “Make the menu a table I can update myself.” frascati creates the table with the current entries and shows it on your site in its design. You can also create a table in the Cloud tab and ask frascati to show it.

Visitors see it or fill it in
A table of content appears on your website, for example as a menu or a list of events, without the entries you hid. A table of entries sits behind a form, for example a course signup, and visitors never see what others sent.

You update it in the Cloud tab
Change, add, hide or reorder entries without credits, and the website shows it right away, without publishing again. New entries from visitors are marked, and you get an email for each.
What it does not do
- It is not a full database: no links between tables, no formulas and no queries of your own.
- No logins. Visitors cannot see or change what they sent, and there are no member areas.
- Entries from visitors are never shown on the website, so a table cannot be a public guestbook.
- No import from a file. To fill a table with many entries at once, paste them into the chat, which is a normal change and uses credits.
Questions
- What is the difference between a table and the contact form?
- A contact form sends each message to Messages and to your inbox, 50 a month on Starter, 200 a month on Pro and no limit on Business. A table collects entries with fixed fields as a list, such as signups for a course, and counts them toward the entries of your plan instead.
- Does editing a table use credits?
- No. Changing entries in the Cloud tab uses no credits, and the website shows the change right away. Asking frascati in the chat to create a table or rewrite many entries is a normal change and uses credits.
- Who can see the entries visitors send?
- Only you, in the Cloud tab and in the emails you get, and the webhook address under Connections, if you set one. The website cannot read them, and the AI only learns how many there are.
- How many tables and entries can I have?
- Per website: Starter 3 tables and 300 entries, Pro 20 tables and 5,000 entries, Business 50 tables and 50,000 entries. The entries of all tables of a website count together.
- Can I use the entries outside frascati?
- Yes. Download any table as a CSV file for Excel, or pass each new entry from a visitor to Zapier, Make or n8n through a connection.
