- Does frascati build dark websites?
- Yes, when you ask. By default frascati designs light sites. For a dark site it inverts the colours: a dark paper colour, light text and one accent colour, with the same rules for contrast and space.
- Is a dark website harder to read?
- It does not have to be. The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) ask for a contrast of at least 4.5:1 for normal text, and frascati keeps to that on dark sites too. If long texts feel heavy on a dark background, ask for a light version in the chat.
- Does a dark design affect search rankings?
