Credits
What is a credit?
Credits pay for the AI work. A new website uses about 3 credits, most changes less than 1 credit, and a question in Plan mode 0.1 to 0.5 credits. See Plans and credits.
What uses no credits?
Fix it on an error in the preview (up to 10 times a day), Edit text in the preview, editing Cloud tables, bookings and orders, the SEO check, publishing and opening a template.
How many credits does the trial have?
20 credits, for 3 days.
Do unused credits carry over?
The credits of your plan renew every month and do not carry over. Credits from a pack stay until you use them.
What happens when my credits run out?
The chat cannot build anything more until you add credits: buy a credit pack in Settings, or book more credits a month with Pro or Business. Fix it still works, up to 10 times a day. Credit packs: 22 credits for $10, 60 credits for $25, 125 credits for $50.
Where do I see what used my credits?
In Settings under Usage: your changes and the credits they used, day by day.
Does the AI chat on my website use my credits?
Yes. Its answers are paid from your credits, with a monthly limit you set in the Cloud tab.
Billing
Which currency do I pay in?
In US dollars. Subscriptions started in Swiss francs before keep paying in francs, with the same numbers.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. A year costs 10 months, and the credits still renew every month.
Where are my invoices?
In Settings, click Billing and invoices.
How do I cancel?
In Settings, click Billing and invoices and cancel there. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Cancel during the trial and nothing is charged.
