Messages and visitor numbers

Open Messages in the editor. Every message from a form on your published website is there, newest first, with a blue dot while it is new. The number of new messages shows next to Messages. Forms in the preview do not send anything; they start once the website is published.

• Reply opens your email program with the sender's address.
• The bin deletes a message.
• Contact requests from the AI assistant land here too.

Every message also arrives by email, at your login address unless you choose another one:

   In Messages, click Send to another address, type it, like info@your-business.com, and click Send confirmation.

   Open the link in the email frascati sends there. Until then, copies keep going to your login address.

Use my login address switches back. Emails about bookings go to the same address.

Messages in 30 days, all your websites together: Starter 50, Pro 200, Business as many as you like. While the limit is reached, forms do not accept messages; they do again as older messages pass 30 days.

A hidden field and a time check stop robots, and one visitor can send up to 10 messages a minute.

Open Visitors in the editor. frascati counts on its own servers each time a page of your published website is opened: there is no tracking code to add, and the counting stores nothing in your visitors' browsers.

Traffic sources

The websites visitors came from, like google.com, with Pro and Business. Direct means they typed the address or came from an app or an email.

The numbers count opened pages, not people: a visitor who opens three pages counts three times, and search engine robots count too.
